10th of November 2016 marked it exactly 21 years since environmental crusader, Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight others were killed by the then military Government headed by General Sani Abacha. Their death provoked international condemnation and a non-violent campaign against environmental degradation of the land and waters of Ogoniland.
